World of Warcraft Grinding Guide

Yes, I know it sounds odd but ‘Grinding’ is actually a very important part of the World of Warcraft game even though it sounds like nonsense. In fact grinding in World of Warcraft is a skill for which most of the Warcraft player will have to do quite regularly.

So what is Grinding exactly? Well, grinding basically means a player tours a certain area of a level in the game and collects loot by killing monsters and gaining experience points from doing so.Here is a great wow grinding guide which explains what you need to do to level up as a grinder:

If you are more experienced at grinding already, please to take a look at my more detailed World of Warcraft Grinding Guide.

1) Grinding to Level Up; grinding can increase your skill and is a popular method of leveling. And example of this would be a leather worker grinding monsters and while doing this he will earn experience points for leveling.Every time a character performes a skill, it levels up by a point.

2) Grinding for Quests; In Warcraft, grinding can be performed in quests because you will be expected to kill X number of mobs.Quests are very like grinding quests a lot of the time so it’s very useful to do quests if you want to learn grinding. So you have the ability to kill 2 birsd with one stone.

3) Grinding to Make Fast & Easy Gold; Humanoid mobs will often drop gold if you kill them and sometimes even drop good which can be sold on the Auction House for Gold.

If a WoW player needs money which you will do at some point then grinding in profitable areas will be a great way to earn the money.

4) Grinding for Recipe Items; Certain professions in Warcraft will require specific items which can be found at mobs drops. To find the item(s) you will need to know what mobs drop those types of items and go and grind those types of mobs until you find the item you need.

5) Grinding to Loot Epic Drops; From time to time a grinding session will yield an ‘Epic’ (this is a piece of equipment or an item that is the best of its class) after a mob grind. It is very rare to find an item of this quality but during your Warcraft gaming it will happen a few times and it definitely very useful. If you want to increase your chances of receiving an epic drop it would usually only be from a non-quest and non-reputation grind.

6) Grinding to Gain Reputation You can also gain Reputation points by grinding. There are many of groups in WoW which contain very profitable rewards for the gamer.Whether or not you can obtain the reward(s) depends on whether you match a character reputation or not for a specific group or faction.A faction will almost always require X items to drop from mobs. .Each item which is turned in by a gamer will increase your reputation with that faction. To get an award from the Faction, you will grind on the mobs that drop those desire items/loot.The reward is usually a new weapon or armor and is very useful to your character in Warcraft.

I really wish you found this WoW Strategy Guide of good use, why not start leveling as a grinder right now!
