WoW Gold Tips

This WoW Gold Guide will go into 3 fantastic methods of making gold in Warcraft.

The 3 methods include flipping, grinding and some professions that are particularly good for getting gold.

Grinding:

First let’s look at Grinding, an easy yet often tedious way of making gold. Grinding can be done at any level but it’s after level 50 that you’ll see some really good opportunities for making gold. Grinding can actually make you up 50 gold and hour.

After leveling to 50 grinding is abundant in Winterfall Village in Winterspring.

This place is absolutely teaming with furbolgs which are really easy to grind and make great gold from.

You’ll find the Yetis in Everlook Forest. The fact that their easy to take out makes them great for grinding.

As you get up to level 80, check out the Eastern Plaguelands for grinding. There’ll be some good mobs to grind that have a good drop rate.

WoW Gold Guide intro to Flipping for Profit:

Flipping, or selling things in the Auction House, is another great way to make gold if you know how. This can involve either selling stuff you’ve gotten throught grinding for instance or thing you’ve bought at the Auction House and then turn around and sell for more.

The combination of grinding and then flipping what you get is really good for making gold. Grind mobs with high drop rates and then flip the items in the Auction House.

A good strategy is to first watch what’s selling and for what price. Then try focusing on gathering those types of items and you’ll end up doing a lot better at flipping.

Good timing is often the difference between success and failure in the Auction House. The more bidders to better chance you’ve got to making good gold so go to the Auction House when the most players are there. Secondly, don’t flood the market. In other word if you have lots of the same item, don’t sell it all at once or the price you get will go down.

Check out some of the gold guides that are available that’ll walk you through this.

Professions:

Among the professions that are really good for making gold are Mining, Skinning and Blacksmithing.

Profession will take longer simply because you have to actual level to make more gold. Once you have leveled up making gold will become a lot easier. Using this method with flipping is a really good way to make gold.

Horde Leveling Guide

You’ll find tips and advice about grinding and questing to level Horde in the following World of Warcraft Horde guide. Once you’ve reached level 60 things get a lot more interesting with the Burning Crusade and then onto WOTLK.

Grinding, although great for making gold, tends to become boring and really tedious after you’ve been doing it for a while. I’ll begin by mentioning some grinding spots to get you to 20 then about some quests to get you started after that.

Due to the fact that levels 1 to 10 don’t have many grinding chances and they’re really easy, I’ll start with level 11 for this guide. The Instance chances that come by during the initial levels should’nt be passed by. It’s worth doing, even thought it makes leveing take longer, because the gear you get will be really usefull later on.

Warcraft Horde guide to grinding your way to level 20:

Levels 11 & 12

Try grinding the following: Greater Plainstrider, Barrens Giraffe, and Savannah Prowler. You’ll find all of these in Crossroads and Ratchet. If you want to get some really good experience points then I recommend you grind the Corcolisks in the river.

Levels 13 to 16

You can either continue grinding the zones mentioned previously or you can change it up and travel south to grind the Southsea Bandits and Cannoneers.

Levels 17 to 20

Initially you should go over to Norwatch and grind the Theramore Marines. Once you’ve gotten yourself to level 19 it’s time to travel to South Barrens where you can grind the Stormhides.

Leveling with quests is the next thing we’ll look at. This World of Warcraft Horde guide will get you started on some quests.

You need to do a few quests and then travel north to Stonetalon Mountains. The following list is of the initial quests you need to complete.

In Crossroads:

  • Letter to Jin’ Zil
  • Report to Kadrak
  • Deepmoss Spider Eggs

In Ratchet:

  • Ziz Fizziks

Once you’ve done these go ahead to Stonetalon Mountains where you’ll do some MOBs and quests. Here’s a list to help you.

Warcraft Horde Guide Level 20

MOBs:

  • Avenge my Village

Quests:

  • Killing Drundig Darkcloud
  • Blood Feeders- West on Path to Malaka’Jin
  • Super Reaper 6000- West and then West before the fork
  • Goblin Invaders- North up north fork in Windshear Crag
  • Boulderslide Ravin
  • Shredding Machines
  • The Elder Crone

These quests should have gotten you half way through level 21 at least. I won’t go further into leveling here in this World of Warcraft Horde guide but know that grinding is easy, profitable and can be boring while quests will add more fun to the game and get you better gear. Just have a good balance and you’ll have more fun, level well, and earn gold at the same time.

World of Warcraft Paladin Guide

In this WoW Paladin Guide you’ll learn about the Paladin and strategies specific to this WoW class.

Paladin: Introduction

In Warcraft the Paladin is the holy knight or holy warrior. They’re actually a combination of the Priest and Warrior class in many ways. This fact makes the Paladin class a great choice for those who like both the Priest and Warrior class but want more options in play style. The Paladin class is only available to the Human, Dwarf, Draenei, and Blood Elf races.

Among their strengths, which I’ll talk about later, is their fantastic ability in battle. One reason for this is the fact that they wear heavy armor that can withstand heavy damage. Secondly, they can use massive weapons including two handed maces, axes, swords and polearms that can absolutely destroy enemies like the Undead.

On the other end of the spectrum they’re incredible healers that not only heal themselves but also heal allies and resurrect the dead. This combined with their aura and blessing abilities make them great additions to any group.

Paladin Strengths:

  • Formidable in Battle: Heavy Plate armor and strong self healing.
  • Heals Allies
  • Auras & Blessings: Large bubble provides excellent protection to groups.
  • Can summon Warhorse mount

Paladin Weaknesses & Challenges:

  • Learning the right blessings and Aura for each battle takes time.
  • Mastering your healing abilities can take time.
  • Mana Dependent
  • Limited ability to draw attack

WoW Paladin Guide: The Basics

Spells:

Being secondary spell casters, Paladins are able to cast spells known as Seals. For the 2 minute these last you can increase your ability to cause damage or generate mana. Paladins are dependent on Mana because it’s what they use for their abilities such as spell casting.

These spells can also provide Judgement on your enemies which can cause even more damage on them or stop them from fleeing.

Auras:

With a bubble of up to 40 yards Auras provide really good buffs to groups.

Blessings:

Blessings are like auras but apply to characters. They have a 10 minute life but can give you the ability to regenerate your mana or have more attacking power.

Professions:

In conclusion of this WoW Paladin Guide I’ll give you a quick look at some good profession combinations for the Paladin.

  • Hearbalism with Alchemy: With this combo you can use potions for healing rather than waste you mana.
  • Mining & Blacksmithing: With these you’ll be able to make your own armor instead of buying it or questing for it.
  • Mining + Engineering: Make grenades and other gadgets to increase attack range.
