Gears of War Xbox Cheats

Gears of War is one of the most popular games ever made. If you have played the game through and are looking for new options and challenges then testing out and trying some of the cheat codes may be the way to go. With two versions available, one for PC and one for Xbox, there are two sets of cheat codes available. The codes for the PC are easier to use and much easier to find, but most people out there have Gears of War for the Xbox so we are going to take a look at those codes.

If you are seriously looking for the next challenge from Gears of War then Insane mode is it. In order to unlock this mode you must first complete the campaign on both casual and hardcore settings. Once you do this you will have an option to play in Insane mode. If you can complete the game on this mode you will earn yourself a secret gamerpic which is a feather in the cap of any hardcore gamer. In addition to this gamerpic you can also earn another secret one by getting the “Seriously….” achievement. In order to do this you need to get 10,000 total kills in versus ranked matches. You can also find codes for unlimited ammo with the lancer, super jump abilities, as well as a host of other tips and tricks. While there are no real traditional cheat codes in the console version many of the tips and tricks are almost as effective as other games cheats would be. Look around and you will find a site specifically dedicated to information on Gears of War and from there you can open up whole new levels of game play.

How To Copy PS3 Games

If you are looking to make copies of your PS3 games there is a way to do it quickly and easily. In order to do so you are going to need a couple pieces of equipment. The first thing that is a must have is a computer with a decent size hard drive to store your games on. In addition the computer will need to have a DVD burner so that you can then copy the games off of the computer and onto a DVD. The next thing you will need is a cross over cable to connect your PS3 up to your PC. Once this connection is established you will need to mount the PS3 to your computer so that the drive on it shows up as an external drive. This is not difficult and there are websites out there that can walk you through this process if you do not know how to do it.

Once the information is transferred over to your computer you can then burn the ISO to a DVD. While the information is stored on the disk, this will not play on your PS3. If you want to play these DVDs then you will need to actually physically modify the chip on your PS3. There are chips out there that can read burned disks through the PS3, but installing one will invalidate your warranty. Playing burned games on your system is not illegal as long as you own the games. This can be very handy if you have disks that get damaged or are looking to make sure that you do not lose your games. For the most part though people will use these chips to try to play rented games or games from friends that they burn onto the disks. This is completely illegal and can carry a significant penalty if you are caught doing so. It is best to be aware of what the consequences are before you begin doing this.
